Who do you turn to when you're feeling stressed out or overwhelmed?
Mother nature can be a great help.
Tree-hugging was laughed at when I was younger and I assumed it was all a joke.
As I've got older I’ve been able to see the benefits of it!
Imagine an old oak tree that has been standing in the same place for 200 years.
There is something very special about touching that tree and imagining everything that has gone on during its lifetime.
I’m not sure that's what the original tree-huggers did it for but I find that practice deeply moving.
I don't know whether this sounds wonderful or mad to you but either way give it a go.
Give a tree a hug and see what happens!
