What do you focus on about yourself?
Is it the good bits or the bad bits?
If the bad bits, are they really bad or do they only appear bad to you?
What are your good points?
What do you most like about yourself?
What are you good at?
These are the things that you should think about, focus on, and feel confident about.
What do you wish you could do but can't?
What attributes do you wish you possessed, but don't?
The lack of theses things isn't a negative.
Recognising that you want them and haven't got them gives you a target to aim for. Something to work towards.
Go out there and make it happen!
Be the person that you want to be.
When we continuously focus on what we haven’t got, can’t do, or aren’t, we will feel dissatisfied, unhappy and lacking.
Focus on your good bits!
