Do your actions and words reflect what is in your heart?
In order to feel happy, we must be true to ourselves.
HAPPINESS IS WHEN WHAT YOU THINK, WHAT YOU SAY, AND WHAT YOU DO, ARE IN HARMONY.
This means not being false.
Not putting on an act.
If we stop and think about it, we can sometimes realise that we have in fact been acting a role for years and years.
We can suddenly realise that the person we ‘are’ is one that we created way back, in order to fit into a particular stereotype that we thought we needed to be. Or indeed that others thought we needed to be.
Who is the real you?
What do you wish was different about you or your life?
It’s never too late to change.
What would make you happy?
A different job? A different lifestyle? A different set of friends?
Think hard about what you want and what you don’t want and set out to get it.
Nothing will happen unless you make it.
